VICI Valco 1/32” 4-Port Diaphragm Internal Sample Injector Valve - 0.5 μl, 0.25 mm Bore, 300 psi, 175°C

This VICI diaphragm internal valve injects a 0.5 μ sample. The sample “loop” is an engraved connecting slot on the valve cap that is sized to contain a specific sample amount. For use with 1/32” zero dead volume fittings, it  has an internal bore size of 0.010” (0.25 mm) and can be used with air actuators for applications up to 300 psi gas at 175°C. 

It is useful for applications where the sample is above ambient pressure, but can also be used at subambient pressures, such as when the sample is pulled through the valve by a vacuum.

Actuator air (40-50 psi) is supplied to a side port with 10-32 female threads, allowing use of a variety of compression or barbed fittings. A 3-way solenoid is required for actuator use (sold separately)

The valve has a polyimide diaphragm and comes with stainless steel nuts and ferrules.

• Use the optional mounting kit—a ring that screws to a panel and clamps the valve collar—to surface mount a diaphragm valve.

• Purging improves sensitivity by preventing any air from diffusing into the flow path. The optional purge ring is equipped with two 1/16” ports for the purge gas inlet and outlet.
