Nuts
For secure connections of GC, LC, UHPLC, and HPLC fittings, VICI’s nuts offer durable performance and ease of use. We offer:

Standard internal nuts – these nuts are made of Type 303, Type 316, or gold-plated stainless steel, or in PEEK. They are offered in standard, long, and extra-long sizes for use where the fitting head may be otherwise inaccessible or where interference exists.

Controlled radius nuts – the VICI patented design of these nuts facilitates a tight bend as the tube exits the fitting, and can be used to help prevent kinks in thin-walled tubing. They are available in stainless steel and in PEEK:

Stainless steel nuts are available in standard or short lengths

PEEK nuts are offered in both our hex-head and fingertight designs

External nuts – designed for use with external fittings such as column end fittings and external unions, these nuts are stainless steel; a knurled design is also available.

360 Micron Nuts/Ferrules – these nuts and ferrules are sold together as a combined unit for direct connection of 360 micron OD fused silica, PEEK, stainless, or electroformed nickel tubing in high pressure settings without the use of liners.
