VICI’s HPLC injectors and valves, internal sample injectors, and selectors are optimal for applications up to 5,000 psi. VICI offers HPLC versions for nanobore and microbore applications, along with models ideal for analytical, semi-preparative, and preparative use. We offer valves made from both metal alloys and polymer composites capable of meeting virtually any system requirement.
HPLC models have stators of Nitronic 60 stainless steel, PAEK, Hastelloy C, or titanium, all of which are compatible with common HPLC solvents. Many are available with a proprietary longlife coating. Valcon H rotors are used with metal stators, and Valcon E with PAEK.
With our two-position switching valves and our multi-position selector valves, VICI products provide myriad options for number of ports, fitting sizes, ID/OD, and configuration to suit an array of HPLC applications. All our valve models are operable with manual or automated (pneumatic or electric) actuators.
