VICI Cheminert® Flangeless ¼-28 Tube End Fitting - 1/8”, Low Pressure, PP Nuts, CTFE Bushings, Lavender, (5 Pack)

Flangeless tube end fittings do not require a flanging tool to achieve an effective seal. The nut turns on the tubing freely, eliminating the risk of cracking or unscrewing that can occur when plastic tubing is twisted during standard fitting connection. 

With polypropylene nuts and CTFE bushings, these ¼-28 tube end fittings work with 1/8” OD polymeric tubing; the assembly is rated for 500 psi liq when tightened by hand.

VICI’s flangeless fittings include our patented* one-piece collapsible ferrule design that collapses as it is tightened. The collapse occurs in a very narrow area and seals with virtually no distortion of the tubing ID and no dead volume.

Tech Tip

Use CTFE (Kel-F) bushings for soft tubing (PTFE, FEP, etc.), but use PEEK bushings for harder tubing (PEEK, Tefzel, polyurethane, etc.)
