This is a VICI Cheminert 4 position selector valve for use with 360 micron fittings. It has an internal bore size of 0.006” (150 μm), and can be used with all actuator types for applications up to 5,000 psi liq at 50°C.
The stator is made from a proprietary Polyaryletherketone (PAEK)-based composite that resists all common HPLC solvents and dilute acids and bases. The rotor is made of Valcon E, a polyaryletherketone/PTFE composite ideal for medium-temperature applications.
Valves include 360 μm PAEK nuts and ferrules. The valve also comes with a specialized tool (Product #C360ET) to facilitate working with these small parts.
