This is a replacement VICI 1/4” C42R injector valve with two positions, It has a 0.125” (3.2 mm) bore size and is suitable for LC applications up to 100 psi liq at 50° C. It’s compatible with manual and automated pneumatic or electric actuators, and comes with Delrin nuts and CTFE ferrules.
The valve has a PAEK stator and a rotor made of Valcon E2, a proprietary reinforced TFE composite that works well at lower pressures. Valcon E2 is resistant to most chemicals but should not be used in prolonged contact with high concentrations of sulfuric and nitric acids, DMSO, or liquid methylene chloride.
