This valve is a replacement for VICI’s 0.004” (100 μm) Model C2M injectors and switching valves with ten ports and 360 μm fittings. It is suitable for nano HPLC applications up to 5,000 psi liq at 50° C, and is compatible with manual and automated pneumatic or electric actuators.
The valve body and stator are made from Nitronic 60 (N60) stainless steel, a gall-resistant metal, and the rotor is made of Valcon E, a polyaryletherketone/PTFE composite ideal for medium-temperature applications.
The valve comes with a specialized tool (Product #C360ET) to facilitate working with these small parts.
