This adjustable span upstream-referenced flow controller has a standard (analog) control knob, aluminum body, and stainless steel diaphragm. Its flow range is infinitely adjustable from a minimum 5 mL/min to a maximum of 1.6L/min (Nitrogen, at 40 psig), operated at a maximum inlet pressure of 200 psi and temperature of 100° C.
VICI’s Model 202 gas flow controllers provide a user-variable span adjustment permitting them to be used for a variety of flow ranges. After the span is adjusted, a flow controller has a full 10 turns of resolution between the minimum and maximum flow rates.
It comes standard with 1/8" NPT female pipe threads and adapters to go from pipe to 1/16" OD tubing. Other fittings are available.
NOTE: With all our flow controllers, the inlet pressure must exceed the outlet pressure by 10 psi.
