VICI Valco 1/16” 10-Port Diaphragm Valve - 0.75 mm Bore

This is a 10-port diaphragm valve with 1/16” fittings and 0.030" (0.75 mm) bore size. 

It is made of Nitronic 60, a metal that offers chemical resistance similar to Type 316 stainless, but its resistance to galling and oxidation make it superior to Type 316 or 303 in the majority of applications. The diaphragm is made from polyimide.

NOTE

• Use the optional mounting kit, a ring that screws to a panel and clamps the valve collar, to surface mount a diaphragm valve.

• Purging improves sensitivity by preventing any air from diffusing into the flow path. The optional purge ring is equipped with two 1/16" ports for the purge gas inlet and outlet.
