Internal unions have female threads and a fitting detail for VICI zero dead volume (ZDF) fittings. These have 0.25 mm bore and are made from PEEK and are recommended for use with 0.25 mm ID tubing. They come with 1/16” hex-head nuts that have male (external) threads.
