These internal unions connect tubing with 1/16” OD where the tubes make a butt connection inside the union. VICI Internal unions have female threads and a fitting detail for zero volume fittings—the ends of the tubing seat squarely against each other.
Made from PEEK, also available in stainless steel, Hastelloy C, gold-plated stainless, and titanium, or with an inert coating. They come with 1/16” hex-head nuts that have male (external) threads.
