This is a 0.05 microliter replacement valve for use with all actuator types with 1/16” fittings and an internal bore size of 0.25 mm. It can be used for applications up to 5,000 psi liq at 50°C.
The valve body and stator are made from a proprietary Polyaryletherketone (PAEK)-based composite that resists all common HPLC solvents and dilute acids and bases. The rotor is made of Valcon E, a polyaryletherketone/PTFE composite ideal for medium-temperature applications.
Valves include 1/16” PEEK nuts and ferrules.
