These internal unions connect tubing with 1/16” OD and 0.15 mm ID. VICI Internal unions have female threads and a fitting detail for zero volume fittings—the ends of the tubing seat squarely at the bottom of the fitting detail.
Made from 300 series stainless steel; also available in PEEK, Hastelloy C, gold-plated stainless, and titanium, or with an inert coating.
TECH TIP
Select the union with the bore that matches the ID of the tubing. If the IDs are different, choose the union with a bore that matches the smaller tube bore.
