1/16" High Pressure Stainless Bulkhead Internal Unions for 0.75 mm ID tubing

This bulkhead zero dead volume union connects 1/16” OD tubing with zero dead volume internal fittings. It has a bore size of 0.75 mm, the panel hole diameter is 5/16”, and the bulkhead nut is on the side with the internal fitting. The fitting body is undercut so that it bites into the panel when the mounting nut is tightened, eliminating the need for a lock washer. 

Typically, the mounting nut goes inside the instrument, so the long threaded portion is out of sight. Internal unions have female threads and a fitting detail for zero volume fittings. The nuts have male (external) threads.

• With a bulkhead union, an O-ring can be installed between the body and the panel to allow operation in purged environments.

• Select the union with the bore that matches the tubing ID. If the IDs differ, choose the union with the bore that matches the smaller tube bore.
