VICI Valco 1/8” to 1/32” High Pressure PEEK Bulkhead Reducing Union - 0.25 mm Bore

This union connects 1/8” to 1/32” OD tubing using zero dead volume fittings on each end. It has an internal bore size of 0.25 mm and is made of PEEK. 

Bulkhead versions are designed to be mounted through an instrument panel or on a bracket. The panel hole diameter is 3/8” for this union and the bulkhead nut is on the side with the internal fitting. 

It comes with a 1/32” nut that can be finger tightened and a ⅛” hex-head nut for wrench tightening.

• With a bulkhead union, an O-ring can be installed between the body and the panel to allow operation in purged environments.

• Select the union with the bore that matches the ID of the tubing. If the IDs are different, choose the union with a bore that matches the smaller tube bore.
