This is a replacement 0.40 mm microbore Model C2 injector and switching valve with six ports and 1/16” fittings. It is suitable for HPLC applications up to 5,000 psi liq at 50°C, and is compatible with manual and automated pneumatic or electric actuators.
The valve body and stator are made from a proprietary Polyaryletherketone (PAEK)-based composite that resists all common HPLC solvents and dilute acids and bases. The rotor is made of Valcon E, a polyaryletherketone/PTFE composite ideal for medium-temperature applications.
Note: the fitting detail pilot depth in PAEK HPLC stators is slightly longer than standard.
