This replacement rotor is for VICI gas chromatography 0.2 μL internal sample injectors with 1/16” fittings and a bore size of 0.016” (0.4 mm). It is made from Valcon E, a polyaryletherketone/PTFE composite material for medium-temperature GC applications.

VICI internal sample valves can operate with multiple rotor sizes, offering users flexibility. For example, a 0.2 μL rotor can be replaced with a 0.1 μL, 0.5 μL, 1 μL, or 2 μL rotor interchangeably.
