1/16” Sample Loop for Metal Diaphragm & Cheminert Valves - 20 μl Volume

These loops are for use with 1/16” metal-bodied diaphragm and Cheminert valves for 20 μl samples. All loops are electrolytically cut and electrochemically polished to ensure square, burr-free ends, then cleaned with microfiltered steam from deionized water.

Loops include two stainless steel nuts and ferrules.

VICI sample loops are accurately sized for each valve type. However, with small volume loops such as this 20 μl loop, the tolerance on the ID of the tubing (± 0.001") can have a significant effect on the volume. Therefore, loop volume and loop appearance may differ from batch to batch. Loop volume is controlled as closely as possible, but is not calibrated.
