1/8” to 1/16” High Pressure PEEK Bulkhead Reducing Union - 1/16” mm Bore

This union connects 1/8” to 1/16” OD tubing using zero dead volume fittings on each end. It has an internal bore size of 1/16” and is made of PEEK. 

Bulkhead versions are designed to be mounted through an instrument panel or on a bracket. The panel hole diameter is 3/8” for this union and the bulkhead nut is on the side with the internal fitting. 

It comes with a 1/16” nut that can be finger tightened and a ⅛” hex-head nut for wrench tightening.

• With a bulkhead union, an O-ring can be installed between the body and the panel to allow operation in purged environments.

• Select the union with the bore that matches the ID of the tubing. If the IDs are different, choose the union with a bore that matches the smaller tube bore.
