These PEEK plugs are for use only in VICI HPLC valves in the C1, C2, C3, C4, and C5 series with a 1/16” OD, since the fitting in these valves has an extended pilot length.
Hex-style plugs allow wrench tightening; however, because they are polymeric, they can break and are recommended for use only when space doesn’t allow finger tightening.
