These PEEK plugs are for use only in VICI HPLC polymeric valves in the C1, C2, C3, C4, and C5 series with OD 1/16”, since the fitting in these valves has an extended pilot length.
These plugs are fingertight, with a knurled surface designed to provide sufficient sealing force on the ferrule without a wrench. The length of the plug is 1.19”.
