Use these syringe adapters to connect a syringe directly to system ports, injection valves, or tubing to prime and flush pumps, clear air bubbles from lines, or manually load samples into an injection port. VICI’s line of syringe adapters includes:
High Pressure
- 1/16” Fill ports - providing direct syringe connections to zero dead volume (ZDV)valves and fittings, with the polymeric ferrule compressing a liner to seal around the needle. For use with metal valves and 1/16” polymeric valves,
- Female luer adapters - for direct syringe connections to ZDV fittings and valves.
- Loop fill port assembly - permits sample loading and manual injection from the front of the valve.
- Septum injector nut - enables syringe access to any point of a gas or liquid system.
Low Pressure
- Luer adapter - create a leak-tight connection from a male or female luer to ¼-28 or 10-32 threads.
- Luer adapter bulkhead unions - connect male or female luer to ¼-28 or 10-32 fittings for through-the-panel syringe injections
- ¼-28 to ZDV adapter - enables 10-32 fittings to be installed into any ¼-28 fitting detail
- 1/32” Fill ports - providing direct syringe connections to Nanovolume injectors
- Pipe adapters - adapt male or female ¼-28 fittings to male or female NPT
- Tube adapters - connect to ¼” or ⅛” OD tubing with male ¼-28 threads.
